BOKURA is a puzzle adventure game that can only be played with two players. You and your partner will play as one of two boys who have run away from home. On their journey, they encounter a dead deer which will cause one of them to faint. When they wake up, the worlds they see are no longer the same. One sees a world of animals, while the other a world of machines.

To play this game, two people must play on two separate machines. Bokura is a side-scrolling co-op puzzle adventure where you will be faced with a number of critical choices throughout the story which will lead your journey in different directions. Communication is key because while you have to work together, what each person sees on each of their game screens will be completely different. To you, an object may look like an animal, while to the other, they might look like a robot. (The objects you can interact with might move differently for each of you too!) It will be essential to communicate what each other can see and not see in order to make it through.
