Spectacular Indie Games Out This November 2023

It seems like the holiday season gets earlier every year, but you can’t blame people for wanting to celebrate as soon as possible! As soon as the Christmas trees go up I’ve officially checked out of this year and am in a great limbo period until next year hits.

This November we’ve got some of the most anticipated games of 2023 coming out such as The Invincible as well as some that you may not have heard of but definitely want on your radar. There’s Cuisineer, a cute roguelike culinary dungeon crawler, In Stars and Time that puts you in a kind of Groundhog Day-Majora’s Mask kind of situation, Spirittea a Studio Ghibli bathhouse management game and so much more! A couple of my favourite games such as Coral Island and My Time At Sandrock will also be leaving Early Access and joining the world of full-release games this month.

So for everything that you should wishlist this November 2023, check out our full list here.

This Bed We Made – 1st November 2023

Developer: Lowbirth Games

This Bed We Made is a third-person mystery game in which you play as a maid in a 1950s hotel. Much like a macabre Agatha Christie novel, there are a slew of mysterious hotel guests and some of them are hiding a deadly secret. As the maid, you’ll have access to the rooms of the guests while they are out. Snoop amongst their belongings to find the strange objects they bring on their travels and discover the sinister mystery that binds all the hotel guests together.

It is a neo-noir tale of love, heartbreak and murder at the Clarington Hotel.

Thirsty Suitors – 2nd November 2023

Thirsty Suitors is a journey of self-healing, reflection and exploration of your past trauma. In this adventure narrative, you’ll go through the life of Jala, a South Asian woman who’s back home for her sister’s wedding. Along with all the family drama that brings you’ll also be on the lookout to literally battle with all her exes. There’s high-octane skateboarding along with some pretty explosive turn-based combat. There are even some action-packed cooking segments, and if you’re from an Asian family you’ll understand why this is hilarious (and delicious).

Will Jala be able to handle her demanding parents? Reconcile with her exes, and mend broken friendships in time for her sister’s wedding? Will she be ready for the impending visit of Paati, the family’s terrifying and judgmental matriarch? Find out everything in Thirsty Suitors!
