Assassin’s Creed Mirage – How To Get All Outfits

Assassin’s Creed‘s latest game Mirage brings us back in time and out of the Nordic regions of Valhalla to Baghdad. Basim Ibn Ishaq is a seasoned killer that we had met in the previous game. But twenty years ago he was a common street thief. Embarking on a new life after being discovered by the Hidden Ones he trains in the art of the assassin.

Just like any assassin stealth can only take you so far before you have to start upgrading your weapons and armour. In this case Basim’s armour comes in the form of an “outfit” and instead of stats they have perks. The perks can range from increasing your stealth abilities to health regen or even setting a target on fire.

In this guide we’ll go through all the outfits that you can get in Assassin’s Creed Mirage, as well as how to get and upgrade them.

Initiate of Alamut Outfit

Perk: Silent BladeEnemies hear 50% less noise emitted by Basim during assassinations.
LocationGiven at the beginning of the game
ObtainComplete ‘A New Beginning’

The outfit of an initiate of the Hidden Ones. This is the first outfit you’ll get in Assassin’s Creed Mirage and is unmissable as the first story quest. You’ll find this outfit’s perk very useful even later in the game and once you’ve gotten it upgraded fully. Once you get a new outfit you’ll realise how sensitive nearby enemies can be to the noise Basim makes when stabbing someone. So this outfit’s a great choice for when you want to be as stealthy as possible.

Zanj Uprising Outfit

Perk: InfamousReduces the impact of illegal actions on Basim’s notoriety by 20%

Upper Harbor – Inside the ship’s storage room, East of Upper Harbor. Push the stacks to get to the gear chest in the back.
Khurasan Gate Guardhouse – Destroy the pots and move the shelves to reach the end of the small area with a gear chest.
Prince’s Palace – Head to the eastern side of the Prince’s Palace and make your way past the garden entrance. Enter the palace inside and use Eagle Vision to find the Prince’s Palace Gear Chest on a corner.
ObtainOpen the Gear Chest

The outfit of Zanj rebel. The Zanj Uprising Outfit focuses on dealing with Notoriety. Notoriety is a mechanic in Assassin’s Creed Mirage that works similar to the wanted stars in Grand Theft Auto. In this case wanted posters of you will go up around town and people will more likely pick you to get into fights.

Notoriety isn’t the biggest issue to deal with in the game but this outfit does come in handy when missions require you to pickpocket or steal something that’s out in the open.

Abbisad Knight Outfit

Perk: Lick Your WoundsBasim regenerates 1% health every 2 seconds while unseen, up to 50% of maximum health.
LocationThere are three places that you can pick this outfit up and the places you didn’t will have its upgrade schematics. They are the Monastery of the Virgins, Tax Collector’s Mansion or the Officer’s Club.

Monastery of the Virgins – Sneak into the monastary and approach the northern room. Assassinate the guard inside the room and move the bookshelf to the left side. Enter the room inside to find the gear chest.
Tax Collector’s Mansion – In the mansion on the upper floor head through the Eastern door (with the rug). Find the gear chest on your left between two large windows.
Officer’s Club – Enter the building from the front entrance and find the gear chest
ObtainOpen the Gear Chest

The outfit of an Abbasid Knight. This is probably not the most useful outfit in the game as it focuses on health regeneration outside of combat. And it’s pretty slow health regen as well. But if you’re just casually exploring the world of Mirage it’s an alright pick. This outfit is barely useful and given the choice there are much better perks to choose from.

Hidden One Outfit

Perk: Deadly MomentFocus Chunks fill an additional 5% when performing Stealth kills
LocationThere are three places that you can pick this outfit up and the places you didn’t will have its upgrade schematics. They are the Mazalim Courts, Shurta Headquarters or Al-Jahiz’s House.

Mazalim Courts – Climb the central tower and find the large, breakable wooden window. The chest is in a room at the top of the building.
Shurta Headquarters – East of the Palace of the Green Dome’s outer walls, climb up the wall and enter from the west. Deal with the guards in your way to find the gear chest.
Al-Jahiz’s House – Get into the house by breaking a weak point on the roof with an explosion. Use an oil jar behind the house to the north. Drop down inside to open the gear chest.
ObtainOpen the Gear Chest

Focus is incredibly powerful when used correctly — you can take out entire rooms of guards when it’s upgraded via the skill tree — and this perk makes the mechanic even more deadly. This outfit will allow Basim to consistently use Assassin’s Focus for easier assassinations. This outfit is useful for missions and areas that require assassinating in open areas.

Rostam Outfit

Perk: Sound of SilenceEnemies hear 50% less noise emitted by Basim while moving
LocationThe Contracts Board in a Hidden One’s Bureau
ObtainComplete ‘The Marked Coins’ contract

The outfit of a legendary hero. Basim is already pretty sneaky without this outfit, however, when you fully upgrade the Rostam it makes Basim silent even when sprinting. Giving you a lot more opportunities for quick kills as you dart between enemies. Use this outfit for missions that require infiltrating restricted areas or contract missions that don’t require any assassination.

Milad’s Outfit

Perk: Forgotten TerrorSuccessful Air Assassinations set off a flash of lightning to disorient bystanders within a 15m radius.
LocationOasis Chamber – Northern Oasis
ObtainCollect 5 Mysterious Shards in ‘The Calling’ quest.
Mysterious Shards are found on NPCs you can either pickpocket or assassinate. There are 10 Mysterious Shards to collect but you’ll just need 5 for this outfit.

Harbiyah – Southwest of Damascus Gate, East of Upper Harbor
Abbasiyah – Roaming around the Scriptorium or The Four Markets, Roaming around Haylanah and Suburb of Kahtabah
Karkh – Around the House of Poulterers, In Tabik
Round City – Residential District, west of Basra Gate, Administrative District, east of Damascus Gate
Wilderness – West of Anbar, Roaming around Jarjaraya

Milad’s Outfit has a flashy perk, meaning that you’ll emit a flash when you jump down on enemies. It’s useful when assassinating enemies from above. And the light will temporarily prevent nearby enemies from getting involved. Giving you enough time to continue your stabbing spree. It’s great for missions and areas with many enemies and vantage points to air assassinate. But other than that it doesn’t have a ton of utility.

This outfit is obtained fully upgraded.

Perk: Second ChanceOnce during a conflict, Basim can survive a lethal hit and slow down time for 3 seconds.

Light extravagant fabric moves with fluid grace. If you’re playing on an extremely hard difficulty or are just dying a lot on a particular mission, this outfit will save you. Some missions or situations will have you surrounded by multiple enemies which can chip away at your health quite quickly. This is a great outfit if you’re finding yourself in those situations often.
