LudoNarraCon 2021 Makes It Easy For You To Support The Arts

LudoNarraCon 2021 is coming up in a few days beginning on April 23rd to the 26th. If you’ve never attended this digital convention celebrating narrative video games, then this year is the best year to do that! 2021’s con is bigger and better than ever with more games, talks and panels! This event is being hosted on Steam by Fellow Traveller and it celebrates interesting and innovative narrative games. We attended last year and were blown away by some of the games we discovered there, be sure to catch our 2020 LudoNarraCon recap here.

This year there are plenty of talks and panels ranging from “How to Go From “Aspiring” to “Narrative Designer” to Diverse Cyberpunk Stories: Humanizing Identities and Finding Alternative Universes. If you’re a game developer or storyteller in general these are some topics that you’re not going to want to miss! I’m particularly excited to hear Sam Barlow from Her Story and Telling Lies to speak, as well as Colin Campbell from Polygon and Greg Kasavin from Hades.

Here’s the full list of narrative topics and speakers at LudoNarraCon 2021.

LudoNarraCon 2021 Supporter Pack

If you enjoyed the festival last year or would like to support the festival this year you can attend it for free on Steam. As well as purchase a LudoNarraCon 2021 Supporter Pack for USD$6.99 on Steam.

The Supporter Pack includes a bundle of content including Cyrano. An exclusive game by Popcannibal the developer of Kind Words, commissioned especially for LudoNarraCon 2021. There’s also an album of music and a treasure trove of desktop wallpapers.

The LudoNarraCon Supporter Pack will be available on Steam for a limited time.

The revenue generated by the Supporter Pack will be used to continue to grow LudoNarraCon, which is currently fully funded by Fellow Traveller. The proceeds will also go on to fund new initiatives that support indie narrative games.

This one-hour adaptation of the classic stage play, Cyrano de Bergerac, invites you to fight with blades and wits. Cyrano is the greatest swordsman and wordsmith in all of France. He also has the largest nose and the fiercest temper. He stands alone against a hundred soldiers and can best the wits of any poet alive. But when he falls in love with Roxane, he is hopeless. How could she ever love such a ridiculous nose?

LudoNarraCon 2021 Exhibitors
