Explore Singapore In Monopoly To Win Real Cash Prizes

Since we can’t effectively travel right now video games have been a great way to explore the world both in this realm and others. But for those of you like me whose heritage roots lie in the lion city, you can now visit it in Monopoly. Monopoly Explore SG! Brings us the classic friendship destroying board game and Singapore-fies it.

Out now for free on the Google Play Store, on the 22nd of February for the App Store until the 30th of April. The traditional board game now features some unique Singaporean locations and experiences with everything from buying durian to the National Museum of Singapore. I for one would enjoy getting those MRT lines, can you imagine?! But if we’re being real just owning an HBD flat would be a step up.

Monopoly Explore SG!, Mobile Game, Mobile App, Singapore

Monopoly Explore SG! Will follow all the same rules as the traditional Monopoly game but will have added mini-game content. If you’ve never played Monopoly before then welcome to the future hello. It’s a simple game that doesn’t require much thinking. And because it’s a single-player one the pressure is completely off. All you need to do is roll the dice and move around the board to upgrade and acquire tiles.

But because this is Monopoly Explore Sg! Some of the landmark tiles will contain additional information that will help you learn and explore Singapore. You’ll be able to play a couple of fun games for additional rewards.

Take a quiz about how well you know Singapore’s iconic landmarks or participate in the Food Panda City Delivery mini-game. Each round you win will increase your chance of winning rewards (up to SGD $150 worth of cash and prizes). There are discount vouchers to be won from BreadTalk, Food Panda and more, as well as a Grand Cash Prize of SGD $8,000.
